Our Affiliation fee is prepaid annually (12 months) and can be automatically renewed or paid before expiration of Affiliation term of 12 months.

The first 12month term is $1,300.00 per property*.

The Second 12month term is $1,500.00 per property*.

* Unless Special Pricing for 1st year Multi-unit facility is established.

Extra Place Self-Storage/ EPS MGMT is not responsible or libel for any activity, transactions, or misrepresentation between Renter Lessor or Lessee, Individuals, Persons, Referrals, Service Facilities, Storage Companies, Representatives, Direct or Indirect Associates to your facility.

Any such Aforementioned activity will be cause for discontinuation/termination of Marketing Services or any other Services provided/offered/ signed-up for, by and/or to the Service Company or Self Storage Operation/Facility/Property or each Individual Service Companies of Self storage Operations.

It is the responsibility of the Service Company or Individual Self-Storage companies to respond to potential customers/referrals and offer an introductory special/ pricing to Close the Rental/ Service of the Potential Customers' Needs.
